Accounting and Tax Services Across London and Southwestern Ontario
A&P Accounting & Tax Experts works from a downtown London office and serves individuals and businesses across Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford counties. Personal returns, corporate T2 filings, bookkeeping, payroll and CRA support are all available whether you live ten minutes away or forty.
Clients from the surrounding towns choose how involved they want to be. Some drive in once a year for a sit-down review, some drop off a folder and leave, and many never visit at all because everything from slips to signatures moves online.
Local knowledge matters in this region. A dairy farm near Woodstock, a commuter household in Komoka and an auto supplier in St. Thomas each face different deductions, programs and deadlines, and we prepare returns with those details in mind.

Communities We Serve
The towns around London are close enough for an easy drive downtown and different enough that their tax questions vary. Each community has its own page covering local employers, programs and the services residents use most.
Across Middlesex and Oxford, farm families report on Form T2042, the statement of farming activities, and often juggle AgriInvest or AgriStability payments alongside off-farm jobs. In Elgin County, plant shift workers sit next to retirees and seasonal cottage landlords along the Lake Erie shore. The towns differ, but each one deserves an accountant who understands its mix.
St. Thomas
The Railway City in Elgin County, where manufacturing jobs, retirees and young families moving south from London all bring different tax questions.
Elgin County, 25 to 30 minutes via Highway 4 to our office
Woodstock
Oxford County’s seat at the junction of Highways 401 and 403, home to Toyota’s Woodstock assembly plant and surrounded by the dairy farms that earned the area its “Dairy Capital of Canada” name.
Oxford County, about 35 minutes via Highway 401 to our office
Strathroy
The main town in Strathroy-Caradoc, west of London along Highway 402, where farm operations, small manufacturers and main street shops make up much of the client mix.
Middlesex County, about 30 minutes via Highway 402 to our office
Ingersoll
An Oxford County town on Highway 401, known for its cheese-making history and the CAMI Assembly plant, with plenty of commuters, trades and family businesses.
Oxford County, about 25 minutes via Highway 401 to our office
Komoka and Middlesex Centre
Fast-growing villages just west of London, including Komoka, Kilworth and Ilderton, where new subdivisions bring first-time buyers, home-based businesses and rental suites.
Middlesex County, about 20 minutes via Oxford Street West to our office
Dorchester and Thames Centre
East of London off Highway 401, covering Dorchester, Thorndale and the rural roads between them, with a mix of commuters, farms and contractors.

Across the city
London Neighbourhoods We Work With Every Day
Inside the city, clients reach the Wellington Street office from every direction, and each part of London tends to bring its own mix of returns. A few patterns show up again and again.
North London: Masonville, Old North and Hyde Park
Western University faculty and staff, medical professionals, students filing their first returns and families in newer northwest subdivisions.
South London: Old South, Wortley Village, White Oaks and Lambeth
Owners of older homes with basement suites, independent shops around Wortley Road, and contractors working out of Lambeth near Highway 401.
West London: Byron, Westmount and Oakridge
Established family neighbourhoods with retirees splitting pension income, rental property owners and incorporated professionals.
East-end clients from Old East Village, Argyle and the Fanshawe College area are just as welcome, and many of them simply hop on a bus along Dundas Street. Wherever you live in the city, our personal tax return service for London residents and small business accounting for London companies work the same way.
How it works from anywhere
In-Person, Drop-Off and Virtual Options
You can work with us without ever setting foot downtown. The process is the same whether you are in Byron or in Ingersoll; only the way documents reach us changes.
Distance does not change the deadlines. Personal returns are due April 30, self-employed filers have until June 15 to file but must still pay any balance by April 30, and corporations file their T2 within six months of year-end. Sending documents early from Woodstock or Strathroy gives the same head start as dropping them off downtown.
